Booking your move online has never been this easy!

At the top of the page you will notice a red bar that asks you for your loading and unloading address. Fill that in and press start. Your will be directly transferred to our booking platform. Once you have entered your contact details you will be able to customize your move. Important parts of that process is the volume of the items that you would like to ship, the service level you wish to receive, what kind of home you live in and its accessibility.

Whilst filling in your move details you will notice that the moving costs automatically change with each decision you make. This way you can easily determine whether it is worthwhile to also bring that couch you are not sure about!

Once you have finished filling in the details you can proceed to the overview page. At the bottom of the page there are two options: ask to receive a quote and get in touch with our sales department or book directly online and receive a 10% discount!

Once you have finished filling in our pricing tool you can proceed to the overview page. Please check the details carefully before choosing one of the two options:

If you would like to book online and enjoy your discount, you will be asked to make a downpayment of 25%. Your personal move coordinator will send you an invoice 30 days prior to the packing or pick-up appointment, and must be paid no later than 4 days prior to that moment.

Because we appreciate your online booking, you will receive a 10% discount. The savings have already been applied to the costs you see on the screen.

Request a quote so you can decide later

If you are not ready to book the move online just yet, no problem! If you choose this option, you will be reached out to by our sales department. They will go through the details with you and also check if you have any questions or concerns. Because our sales department is now involved we can no longer grant the 10% discount.

Extra information on the tool

Rates change real-time

The costs for your move change directly when making decisions in the tool. This way you can create the perfect customization for your goods, your budget and wishes. Everything is done in a transparent and easy to read way.

Accessibility at origin and destination

The accessibility of both the loading and unloading address is very important to us. In some cases the residence is difficult to reach or requires more time to complete the move. In case we must use an outside elevator, please know that we must charge an additional fee to complete move. Please note that the rate of parking permits is different in each city, we can therefore not include that in our rate. In case a permit is required, we will speak with the municipality and send you and invoice for the costs.

Service levels

There are several options available when it comes to the service level. Decide which level suits you best and if that matches your budget. The most cost effective service we offer is called ‘’basic service’’, this only includes the sea freight and assistance with customs formalities. You will have to do the packing yourself and bring the goods to our warehouse.
The most luxurious level is ‘’Premium service’’, we will come to your loading and unloading address and assist with packing and unpacking. You only have to sign a few documents, we will take care of all other aspects of your move!

Wherever, whenever

You can also let us know in what week you would like to move. Please note that this could affect the rate! In case it is very busy industry the costs could be a bit higher. Luckily, this also works the other way around. In case it is less busy and we have a container leaving our warehouse soon, the rates could be lower.
